At Northern Healing Ink, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. To respect both your time and mine, the following policies apply

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all treatment appointments (excluding consultation). Deposits will be applied toward your final session cost.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

No-Shows

Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without notice will require a new deposit to rebook.

Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in appointment cancellation and deposit forfeiture.

Consultations

Free consultations are required prior to booking treatment. Not all stretch marks or scars are candidates for paramedical tattooing. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
